We want you to love your Roovano. If something isn't quite right, we offer an easy 7-day exchange from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return or exchange, email roovanojewellery@gmail.com with your order number.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can be exchanged only if the seal is unbroken.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Every piece is covered by our promise of quality — if you receive a damaged or faulty item, we'll make it right, no questions asked.
